Terms and Conditions

All products inside the members area are complete source code products. If you are a member when the products are released you own the rights to them collectively with the other members.

You are able to re brand and call these products your own. However, you may not include them in other membership sites as is or re branded. Please ask us if you have any questions as violation will lead to removal from the program.

Scriptmonthly.com or Stmadeveloper does not support these products on an individual basis- however in some cases we will provide training materials or tutorials. We have a dedicated support staff that exists in a forum for you to refer your customer to. We are always available for your customers for installations at a low fee.

Membership is on a contingency basis. As long as you have an active subscription you will have access to the members area. Upon cancellation of your subscription your membership will be deactivated.

Since we sell source code and it is immediately downloadable there are no refunds. This is to minimize fraud and keep competition down.

At any point in time Membership may be revoked or made unavailable to new members. Script Monthly has a limited number of spots open for new members - if they are available act now!
